New concrete
- Leave the surface to completely cure at least 28 days.

Interior
- Apply Nippon Paint 5200 Wall Sealer, a water- based formula for new concrete, 1 coat.
- Apply Nippon Paint AirCare 2 times as a top coat.
Exterior
- Apply Nippon Paint 5100 Wall Sealer, a water- based formula for new cement, 1 coat.
- Apply Nippon Paint Weatherbond 2 coats as a top coat.
Old concrete
- Prepare the surface by cleaning it from dust, dirt, and moisture.
- Scrub off the old paint and leave the wall to dry.
- On an area that has mold or algae, it must be scrubbed off and cleaned first. When the surface is dry, apply Nippon Paint Vinilex Bio Wash 1 time and leave to dry for 1 day.
- Repair the cracks with Nippon Paint Vinilex Wall Putty.
Interior
- Repair the cracks with Nippon Paint Vinilex Wall Putty.
- Apply Nippon Paint Aqua Sealer, a water-based formula for old cement, 1 coat.
- Apply Nippon Paint AirCare 2 coats as a top coat.
External
- Repair the cracks with Nippon Paint Vinilex Wall Putty.
- Apply Nippon Paint Excel Primer, solvent- based for old concrete, 1 coat.
- Apply Nippon Paint Weatherbond 2 coats as a top coat.
